Spotlight on…Matt Archambault
Posted on April 17, 2012 by Dana
This is Matt Archambault.
Matt is a storyteller and actor. Some favorite stories from his life are about pregnant heroin addicts in Houston TX, assault in Clarksville TN, and sexual molestation in the Bronx. As an actor, Matt’s a member of the indie theatre supergroup Flux Theatre Ensemble, which is presenting the world premiere of Gus Schulenberg’s Deinde on Friday, April 27th. Matt’s also an improv comedian, game show host, and trivia master. Visit him at mattarchambault.com.
Or visit him next Thursday at The Soundtrack Series. He’s telling a story about Vandals’ “Join Us For Pong”, and the time he, well, let’s just say the time he made a REALLY big boo-boo. Huge. A boo-boo of cinematic proportions.
I can’t wait.

Matt is articulate and engaging. He pays attention to details and then gives them back to you in a way that makes you want to pay attention to him. Even though he is very entertaining, which is the mark of a good storyteller, he is also honest and vulnerable, which is the mark of a great storyteller. If you like to laugh and have your thoughts provoked go listen to Mr. Archambault spin a yarn.
