The Museum of Endangered Sounds

OK, think fast. What does the Windows 95 start up music sound like? Or the AOL dial up connection static? Or a tape ejecting from a VCR? OR HOLY CRAP A SPEAK AND SPELL????
Relax. Even if you don’t readily remember these sounds, but feel you should, then there is this:
The Museum of Endangered Sounds, a site dedicated to preserving the sounds made by older technologies.
Oh wow. Even the sound of a rotary dial. I remember that. How could I not…in my house growing up we even had one of these. And I grew up in the 80s for crying out loud. The 1980s.
