We asked five well known music writers–Sasha Frere-Jones, Maura Johnston, Dan Charnas, Sarah Rainone and Jason Diamond–to buck music critique and analysis for a night and tell us the more personal stories they connect with songs from their lives. They were more than happy to do this. And we are jumping up and down on our beds we’re so damn excited for this show to happen. This Thursday night, 8pm, The Gallery at LPR (Le Poisson Rouge). I’m telling you, this is not a show you want to miss.
